Twist and emotions came into the series after the 2nd ODI where both teams blamed each other for the use of Vulgar and abusive language. Television views also saw bit of a tangle between Sreesanth and Symonds. Match refree, after the match, warned both the teams and asked them to improve their attitude on the field. After all that, 3rd ODI looked fine but Indian catain Dhoni still reported some issues in the press conference after the match.
Aussie captain, Ricky ponting on the other hand, asked Indians to focus more on the game rather than the verbal exchanges and all.
“It seems as though their aggression is more directed at body language and staring and adding a few words,” Ponting added.
