India Vs Australia 2nd ODI
First ODI India Vs Australia: Abandoned due to rain
Australian tour of India started off pretty well. In the First ODI, we saw a nice display of both fine bowling and some firepower by Michael Clarke and fellow cricketers Haddin and Hopes.
India looked to dominate the aussies by taking four early wickets, but then were Haddin and Clarke on the crease, who established a record fifth-wicket partnership at Bangalore. Courtesy Clarke, Haddin & Hopes Australians returned strongly back into the match, putting up 307/7 at the end of 50 overs.
Indian start was not good at all, Master blaster Sachin Tendulkar didn’t looked convincing at all, and caught up right at the front of the wicket by a beautiful delivery by Johnson. He faced 6 balls and was not able to get off-the mark.
Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately (for India), just after 2.4 overs Rain interrupted the play and match ended up in a draw.
Now, the next fixture is 2nd ODI India Vs Australia, which will be played on 2nd october at Kochi. Live Scores 2nd ODI India Vs Australia will be available here.
